Phoenix have developed a bespoke quoting & job management system allowing you to offer finance to your customers. Complete the online application and you could be on your way to increasing sales with customer finance in a week!

Dependent upon your business, we can offer your customers a range of Point of Sale finance options including interest-free and interest-bearing loans up to 10 years in duration.

For other trades and products, we can provide access to a number of personal loan providers products.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS

  • If approved, you’ll have access to our exclusive membership area allowing you to login and generate personalised quotes with ease for your customers.
  • Simply input the details of the service being provided using our templates, as well as your price, and within a few clicks the quote is generated and sent directly to your customer by email. This quote also provides them with the additional option of purchasing your products or services through customer finance via our panel of lenders.
  • At this point you can sit back and relax as we do all the hard work for you!
  • If your customer opts to pay by finance, our system will facilitate the customer's application directly with them. Once the customer has been approved, you’ll be notified immediately.
  • To fulfill the job, in the case of installation based jobs, We will require four photographs to release the payment. Two photographs before your work is carried out, and two photographs evidencing your work once it’s complete. In the case of retail based orders, a copy of the customer invoice or delivery note will be required.
  • We do all the chasing & administration and keep you informed every step of the way. Once you've completed the job and the customer satisfaction note has been received, Phoenix will pay you directly into your nominated bank account within 72 hours.

HOW TO APPLY

The process allows your company to become an Introducer Appointed Representative of Phoenix.
To get started, click on the Apply Now! button. You will be asked to fill in some basic company information as the main user for your company.
You will then be asked to pay a subscription fee (with either monthly or yearly payment options).
After payment, you will be emailed login details that will allow you access to our system and the required forms that will let us register your business with the FCA.

The application form takes about 20-30 minutes to complete and requires the following items:

  • Complete your Company (or Individual) Application form and the Fit and Proper Checklist
  • Review and sign the Introducer agreement
  • Provide proof of photo ID (Passport or photo driving licence)
  • Provide proof of address (Household bill or statement showing individual name and address)
  • Provide proof of relevant company insurance
  • Provide proof of your Company’s bank account (for remittance payments)
  • Review the short briefing pack provided on the role of an Introducer.
Once you have completed the sign-up process, we aim to turn around your application in 5 working days (subject to FCA processing time), allowing you to start offering finance as soon as possible.
