• Spread the cost of vehicle servicing and repairs

Your repairer is a member of a scheme that allows them to include a loan option from Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited ("Phoenix") on their vehicle servicing and repair quotes.

If you choose to finance the repair, your contract will be with Phoenix. Your repairer is part of our approved network of local repairers.

Phoenix acts as a credit broker and not a lender.
Credit is provided by Klarna Bank AB, which is authorised and regulated by the Swedish Financial Services Authority, with limited supervision by the Financial Conduct Authority. Registered office: Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Corporation ID number: 556737-0431.

Key features of the loan

  • Individual loan repayment terms and interest rate options available are dependant upon your repairer, but will include a mix of 6, 9, 10 or 12 month interest free (0% APR) options and/or 12, 24 or 36 month interest bearing options at 14/9% APR.
  • You can pay a deposit if you wish (directly to the trader) or borrow the entire amount.
  • Overpayments and early repayments can be made at any time by speaking to the lender. If you make overpayments, you will avoid future interest, and the length of the loan will be reduced.
  • You will need to decide if the loan is right for you. Neither Phoenix nor your repairer can give you any financial advice.
  • Loan approval is not guaranteed and you will need to complete a short online loan application which will assess your financial circumstances and your ability to repay any loan. The lender will perform a hard search on your credit file.
